I’m guessing this isn’t the first time you have tried to lose weight or get in shape. The first thing I want to mention is that if you’ve failed at losing weight in the past, it’s not your fault.
There’s a lot of information out there, and it can be confusing. Many times that information overload keeps you from success. It’s okay.

The big box gyms want you to think that if you sign up for their gym, you are going to have all the tools you need to be successful. I’m here to tell you they are wrong. They have their own reasons for wanting you to think that, but it’s not true.
If you’ve ever thought that the big box gyms want you to fail, you’re probably right. They don’t benefit from you succeeding. They want to keep you coming and paying the monthly fees without actually coming in. The difference with us is that we actually care about your success and truly want to see you successful with your fitness goals.
