WHAT TO EXPECT
YOUR FIRST SESSION IS YOUR FIRST STEP
Trying a new workout can be scary. But from the moment you walk into the studio, you’ll feel at ease. Our workout is designed for all levels. You set the pace. 
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SESSION?

BRING: TOWEL & WATER

Make sure you bring a water bottle and sweat towel because we plan on making you sweat!

ARIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY

Show up 15 minutes early so that you can fill out paper work and see the demonstration for the workout.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

After explaining how the class works, a coach will lend you a heart rate monitor to wear. Depending on your fitness level, your coach will give you guidelines for what to aim for during your workout.
During The Session
THE WARM-UP
We will warm up for 3-5 minutes as a large group. This is to elevate your heart rate and prepare you for the rest of the workout.
THE WORKOUT
After the warm up, we will break into different stations where you will work with a small group on different exercises for 18-22 minutes.
THE FINISHER
At the end of the workout, we will come together as a group and spike your heart rate for 1-5 minutes in a fun, interactive finisher.
