Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer. The workouts are designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging so that you burn maximum fat and tone your muscles.

First Timers


Welcome to Carnivore Fitness!

Set yourself up for success. Show up 15 minutes early to get set up. You'll want to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel with you.

We'll have you fill out some simple paperwork, have you weigh in on our InBody scale, and get you set up for class.

Meet Your Instructor

Let them know about any physical limitations or injuries.

5 minutes prior to class, your instructor will demonstrate the workout for the day. (Don't worry if you don't remember everything. Our instructors and friendly clients are here to help you succeed!)

Next, you'll get into groups of four people and rotate through the stations.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have customizations for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to fit your fitness level.
